In this room you can connect your computer via HDMI. A usb-c to HDMI adapter is provided in the room. Older computers without USB-C and without HDMI built-in can check out an adapter from Academic Technology in LIB 80.

DTEN Quickstart guide
Joining or starting a meeting from a Zoom Room
Note: In order to join a meeting in a Zoom room you will need to know the meeting ID and the meeting passcode.
1. Tap Join on the touch screen
2. Type in your meeting ID
3. Tap Join on the display
4. Type in your meeting passcode using the on-screen keyboard
Muting and unmuting your microphone
Tapping the microphone icon toggles between muted and unmuted. A microphone with a red slash through it is muted. A microphone with no red slash through it is live.
1. Tap the screen to bring up the controls
2. Tap the mute button on the display
Changing the volume of the Zoom meeting
1. Tap the screen to bring up the controls
2. Tap More
3. Slide the volume slider to your desired volume level. Some zoom room devices may also have physical volume controls located on the right-hand side of the screen
Enabling or disabling your video
1. Tap the screen to bring up the controls
2. Tap the camera icon to enable or disable your camera
Toggling your view mode
1. Tap the screen to bring up the controls
2. Tap View and select your desired view mode
Viewing chat
1. Tap the screen to bring up the controls
2. Tap More and select Chat
3. The chat window will display to the right
